You should call ahead to place your order and schedule a time for Patcharee to prepare your meal. Patcharee's kitchen takes text orders any time and phone orders starting at 11am. About the Chef
Patcharee grew up on a rice farm in Northeast Thailand (Isaan) near the Laos border. Upon leaving Issan she moved to Koh PhaNang in the Gulf of Thailand where she bought a small beachfront restaurant.
With her knowledge of traditional Thai and Issan cooking that cafe became renowned for its delicious cuisine.
In 2017 Patcharee moved to Gunnison, frequently cooking for friends and family. Once asked if she wanted to move to someplace a bit warmer she replied, "No, I am a country girl. I like the people here.
